v0.7.1-beta2: fixes v0.7.1-beta1's pipeline failure beta1 (d10f551) failed GitLab CI's test job on a whole-tree cargo fmt check flagging pre-existing formatting drift unrelated to this release's own changes. This tag adds that fmt fix plus a small follow-up feature: mlvpn-tui's Role column now shows "Bonded" for Up links when the scheduler has no single primary (plain SWRR mode), instead of leaving the column blank. Per project convention, v0.7.1-beta1 is never retagged/reused -- it stays pushed and failed, this is a fresh tag.
